The Management Supervisor actively manages the service expectations of the client through open and honest discussions between agency and client management. It is imperative the Management Supervisor builds and maintains a solid client relationship based on mutual trust and respect through the creation of a customized team. The Management Supervisor partners with Creative, Strategy and Operations Leads to deliver work that is innovative, on strategy and within budget and timing parameters.


• Responsible for profitable and incremental growth by identifying new opportunities and adding new assignments

• Manages the day to day key agency clients

• Ensures successful development and completion of the client engagements

• Maintains a superior relationship with all departments in the agency and understands the strategic goals of the account and contributes to their communication of the agency team

• Ensures the agency is meeting client objectives, leading the category and delivering its highest quality

• Maintain stellar client performance reviews and manage team attrition Responsible for managing direct report staff and junior account team members, ensuring their continued development

• Builds client business – identifies short term and long-term opportunities, business building as well as learning

• Seeks out new assignments from client

• Reports regularly on account performance

• Identifies best and new practices, which drive efficiency and effectiveness of the agency to deliver against the client objectives

• Develops new initiatives through a thorough understanding of the client’s content area Aggressively pursues new ways to contribute to overall agency and client revenue profitability



• Must be an industry leader with 8-10+ years of related experience

• Client relationship expert and someone who is effective building new client relationships

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal departmental relationships

• 5+ years of management experience managing other account team members with varying degrees of experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Highly organized and detailed oriented

• Detailed knowledge of several areas including Online advertising, Email marketing and Web Development

• Strong leader who is motivated and a team builder

• Experience with budgets and finance savvy
