Job Description

Ignite Visibility is looking for a full-time Paid Social Account Specialist (Facebook Ads Expert) to join their fast-growing team in San Diego. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with Facebook ads experience to take their skills and career to the next level. The Social Advertising Specialist/Manager will be directly responsible for managing client digital social platform advertising accounts, monitoring cross-platform advertising performance, and reporting to clients.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and Supporting end-to-end paid social strategy to align with the brand and original content goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecomm)
  • Own channel measurement; tracking, monitoring, brand lift studies, and optimizing performance against critical metrics
  • Coordinate with PPC, analytics, SEO, social and web development teams
  • Develop creative testing roadmap and participate in creative briefing and performance readouts
  • Help develop team members, mentor and educate on the latest social advancements
  • Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the acquisition team and other strategic partners

 Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience managing digital advertising campaigns (at least 2 years Facebook Ads experience)
  • Understanding of FB Pixel and conversion tracking
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organization and task execution skills
  • Advanced Excel and Reporting Automation skills
  • Strong Google Analytics skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree

 Desired Qualifications but Not Required:

  • Digital marketing agency experience
  • Paid Search & Google Display experience
  • Programmatic display and native ads experience
  • Search Ads 360, Optmyzr and Data Studio experience
  • Intermediate Google Tag Manager skills
  • CRM, shopping cart platform and website builder experience
  • Conversion tracking and call tracking implementation experience
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills
